The Songwriter Standard Rosewood - a new Gibson acoustic electric guitar that employs time-honored guitar construction techniques paired with modern sensibilities. This particular Songwriter utilizes a slimmer body depth, a 1930's style bracing system, and a Rosewood construction for a balanced, nuanced sound and a classic aesthetic.
Gibson's Take:
First introduced in 2003, the Songwriter combines Gibson’s time-honored bracing patterns of the 1930’s, with our original dreadnought shape, providing a supreme tonal quality. Featuring beautiful rosewood back and sides paired with a Sitka spruce top. The Songwriter Deluxe Studio is Gibson’s modern rosewood dreadnought with a superior dynamic range.
