In factory fresh cosmetic condition and in perfect playing shape, this item was more of a collectible than a player to it's original owner. Though it is a very fine playing and sounding guitar indeed, thanks to a litany of player friendly specs and a spectacular pickup set. Included with the guitar is the original hardshell case and certificate of authenticity.

This beautiful instrument was Masterbuilt by Greg Fessler at the Fender Custom Shop. Greg came to the Fender Custom Shop in 1990, working his way up through the ranks as an apprentice. He assisted with the Robben Ford signature line of guitars, eventually becoming the sole builder of those instruments and, later, Ford’s personal builder. Fessler has built one-off Stratocaster and Telecaster models for a host of players, including Joe Bonnamasa, Jeff Healey, Hank Marvin, John Mayer, Rhonda Smith, Neil Schon and Pete Wentz, to name only a few. Fessler’s remarkable abilities as a Master Builder have earned him accolades from many Fender artists and from discerning customers worldwide. His meticulous attention to detail is exemplified in every instrument he creates, each of which is a perfect example of the intense commitment it takes to earn the title of Master Builder.

The neck profile is a Custom Deluxe C Shape, a full feeling 60's style C made from AAA Birdseye Maple. The fingerboard radius is 9.5" and the frets are Narrow Tall for easy bends and vibrato. A slightly wider nut width of 1.6875" Nut Width combines with 25.5" Scale Length for the classic Fender snap and pop but with a little wider string spacing.

A custom picked trio of pickups are installed. A pair of Custom Shop 69 Pickups with an RWRP middle pickup for noise free operation in positions 2 and 4 combine with a RTexas Special in the bridge position for some heat that will push your amp into drive mode a little early. A master volume, 2 tone controls and a 5 way switch round of the electronics.

Features

Fender Custom Shop

Masterbuilt by Greg Fessler

Custom Deluxe Stratocaster

Candy Green - Nitro Cellulose Lacquer

2 Piece Ash Body

Weighs 7lbs 7oz

Custom Deluxe C Shaped Neck

AAA Birdseye Maple Neck

Bi Flex Truss Rod

22 Narrow Tall Frets

9.5" Fretboard Radius

Bone Nut

1.6875" Nut Width

2.2" Butt Width

.790" at 1st Fret

.930" at 12th Fret

69 Neck Pickup

69 Middle Pickup (RWRP)

Texas Special Bridge Pickup

Master Volume

2 x Tone Controls

5 Way Switch

Schaller Tuning Pegs

Snap-in Tremolo Arm

Certificate of Authenticity

Original Hardshell Case

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0744/9260/8643/files/DSC_6299_54cce03f-6b41-41bf-9eb1-bd72854bf3fe.jpg?v=1790433911
https://serdava.myshopify.com/products/used-fender-custom-shop-masterbuilt-custom-deluxe-by-greg-fessler-candy-green-r83446
