This color is undeniably cool! Purple Mist starts on the edges with a deep trans-black which burst towards a dark shade of trans purple. This is the 1st time we have seen this color in person and it is stunning! 35 years down the road, PRS is building the finest instruments they ever have and that's saying an immense amount. Paul's commitment to quality is 2nd to none and it takes only a few chords on any instrument to experience it.

The Custom 24 10 Top follows the classic recipe of marrying Mahogany, Maple, and Rosewood for a familiar tonal palette of rich warmth and with a crisp top-end. The highly figured maple top on this instrument is gorgeous with a bit more of a wild/curly vibe going on. The 10 Top quality figuring is enhanced perfectly with the Santana Yellow finish. No other company finishes quite like PRS!

A pair of 58/15 Humbuckers provide us with a medium-high amount of output but without browning out an amp 1st thing. Each pickup is tied to its own mini-switch which allows for single coil functionality. This one guitar with just two pickups can provide 8 basic tones before you even touch the volume and tone. If that's not enough, you may need a couple of guitars!

The neck is made from Mahogany and carved to a Pattern Regular profile. The fingerboard is made of rosewood and has Birds Inlays for the classic PRS look. Like all PRS Guitars, this one plays as good as it looks!

The 35th Anniversary models from PRS Guitars are a Limited Edition, just like any anniversary model for that matter! So snag one while you can. Production from PRS is exceptionally slow right now with a year of build time on even Core Models.
