We have seen a lot the original's come in on repair over the years and they most certainly have not all fared well over the years. It is with out a doubt that we can say these new models are built with all the wisdom garnered over the years so no weird adjustable ceramic bridge that is a nightmare to replace or re-glue, nope. This baby is based of a 50's model but with all the right stuff!

A small body acoustic with the full-sized Gibson sound. This little giant produces a charming and seductive tone that rivals much larger-bodied guitars while maintaining exceptional clarity and focus in individual notes. Ideal for folk, blues, and finger style, the delicately balanced 50s LG-2 Original maintains a full dynamic range while being comfortable under arm. Handcrafted solid tonewood and scalloped top bracing provide the warmth and richness that have made spruce and mahogany a classic combination in acoustic flat-top guitars.

Features

GIbson Montana

50s LG2

Vintage Sunburst Finish

Sitka Spruce Top

Mahogany Back and Sides

Scalloped X Braces

Nitro Cellulose Finish

Mahogany Neck

Historic V Neck Profile

24.75" Scale

Rosewood Fingerboard

12" Fingerboard Radius

20 Frets

Bone Nut Material

1.72" Nut Width

Compound Dovetail Neck Joint

Bone Saddle

Rosewood Bridge

Black Tusq Bridge Pins

Tear Drop Pickguard

LR Baggs VTC Under Saddle Pickup

Original Hardshell Case

Videos

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0744/9260/8643/files/DSC_0171_91009605-7b84-415b-93ed-2b57cd0362c6.jpg?v=1790434181
https://serdava.myshopify.com/products/gibson-montana-50s-lg2-acoustic-guitar-in-vintage-sunburst-20550095
